One of the coolest Marvel and anime cosplay shows has gone viral with fans to imagine what it would look like sailor moon He was fitting like a Moon Knight instead! Sailor Moon IS is one of the biggest anime and manga franchises of all time having ran for over 30 years at this point, and is often fondly remembered by fans everywhere. That’s true of course for Usagi Tsukino’s transformation into the same Sailor Scout heroine, and it went viral that fans couldn’t help but think of the hero during moon knightDisney+’s initial series has been launched.
sailor moonTransformation sequences have become such a bigger part of pop culture that when Moon Knight debuted, fans around the world imagined what a fusion of the two heroes would look like. While this has led to all kinds of great fan art and other projects celebrating Moon heroes, artist @myladysprout has gone viral with fans on Twitter by bringing this fusion to life with a full-on cosplay fit for Usagi as Moon Knight and servant Khoncho! It was a very big time for sailor moon franchise as a whole. Not only did he turn 30 in celebration of his birthday, but a YouTube superstar hunted down the once-lost US pilot for Sailor Moon. When the anime first gained an English-language license outside of Japan, it turns out that an American production had released a full pilot trying to showcase a live-animated series hybrid that would completely change many of the character names, stories, and more for an American audience.
This pilot was thought to be lost forever, but Ray Mona on YouTube worked tirelessly for months to search and find the full pilot as it was originally released. Once thought lost media fans would never see it, it’s an intriguing look at a possible version of the franchise that never really made it to the ground. It could have gone on to be a hit, but at least now fans can put all their theories to bed with the pilot being released.
